Economist Nouriel Roubini puts his money in cash.

 

Watch above his interview with the Wall Street Journal, August 11, 2011.

 

Furthermore he says:

 

The risk of a global recession is greater than 50 percent.

 

The next two to three months will reveal the economy's direction.

 

This is not the time to be in risky assets.

 

Better be safe than sorry.

 

If the economy turns down, you may lose 30% in the stock market.

 

If the economy turns up, you may just miss the beginning of the rally.

 

The US Dollar is the least dirty shirt.

 

Gold, guns and a retreat to the mountains are a hedge against global meltdown.
