Value and Growth Diversification
Index Investing for Dummies says the following about diversification between Growth and Value stock index funds:
“When your portfolio is larger than $30,000 or so, you may consider breaking up your holdings not only between large and small cap (size) but also between value and growth (style) stocks. This diversification allows you annual re-balancing between the different categories.“
